About

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My research focuses on large-scale optimization, with applications in machine learning, scientific computing, and engineering.

I received my Ph.D. in Mathematics from the National University of Singapore, advised by Dr. Kim-Chuan Toh. Before joining UT Knoxville, I was a postdoc at the University of Maryland, College Park, working with Dr. Haizhao Yang.
